Bioactive substances in eggs
Scientists, have started the scientific project dedicated to finding and examining bioactive substances in eggs. These compounds are treated as diet supplements and could be used to prevent lifestyle diseases, including dementia, heart and blood pressure diseases and cancer. The project "Innovative technology for producing specimens from a new generation of eggs" is being realized by a scientific consortium created by the Environment and the Medical Universities in Wrocław.
